Rotary Foundation Contribution Record

I have had several requests lately, so I thought I would pass this along to all -Here is how you can access your individual donation record for the Rotary Foundation:

  1. From the DaCdb database, you can click on the Rotary wheel in the upper left and it will take you to the Rotary International website – or just go to www.rotary.org
  2. Then in the upper right there is a (small) Member Access spot to click. If you have not done this before, you will need to set up your account.
  3. If you need your member # you can find it in your member information on DaCdb.
  4. Once in the Member Access site, there is a green box on the left – pick View Your Contribution History Then Individual Reports/Donor History Reports (which seems like a redundant step, but there you have it)
  5. There are two tabs to this report – the overview report and the detail. Sometimes it takes a while to post, so if you recently contributed it might not show up yet…particularly if you made a donation via the Club that I then send in to RI (but just on a “periodic” basis).
  6. The system may require approximately 10 minutes or so to recognize you to let you sign back on the first time you do this.

NOTE: If you are looking for your donations to the Club’s own charitable trust, please contact me. Hope this helps!inge@ingebaconcpa.com
